t’s the time of year when people are making resolutions. Will you achieve your fitness goals in 2024? Our instructors are ready to help you with your fitness goals in 2024! 
We also have some tips to help you stay motivated and keep them! Motivation is what gets you started but habit is what keeps you going. 
  • Pick a regular schedule to stick to it. All of our staff and instructors take pilates classes. We have our set day and time in the week. That is the dedicated time that is for our own self care and fitness. Prebook your Pilates class in advance on a regular schedule. 
  • Celebrate little wins! If your back doesn’t hurt anymore or you can now pick up your grandchildren or you can touch your toes or you’re playing better golf then you have progressed! Yay!
  • Workout with a friend or partner. It is always more fun to workout together and you will be held more accountable. 
  • If you miss a class it’s ok. There is always another one you can book!
  • Our half price apprentice private pilates sessions are still available. It is a great way to get some one on one attention for a fraction of the normal price.
