I have tried many other Pilates studios before I came to Corepower Pilates and my first session with Amy was a very different experience. As Amy has been a... health professional as well as Pilates instructor, she seemed to have an in-depth understanding of human anatomy so she could explain to me why my back was weak and we have been working on strengthening exercises which greatly improved my core stability and back pain issue.
The exercises are challenging too making me fit so I will be definitely continuing with Amy as it’s very difficult to find a good Pilates instructor like her!read more

Loving my workouts with Amy. I go once a week the classes are small which i like as its more personal and more like a private class. Its well maintained and... super clean no chance of covid there your temp tested and everything is cleaned after each class.

I have tried Pilates for the very first time through Corepower Pilates with Amy after a recommendation from a friend. I have attended both small group classes... and private sessions run by Amy and so far, I'm loving the experiences! Amy is very attentive, knowledgeable, patient and persistent (making sure I try my best and every session is challenging and fun!).
Over the last 6 months, I can see positive changes in my body, especially an improvement in my posture and mindset after the exercise! I highly recommend Corepower Pilates!read more

This is an overdue post but I’ve been attending Amy’s tower Pilates classes for a year now (broadly on a weekly basis) and can highly recommend this as a great... studio with a small class environment and individualized attention. I originally started classes here due to an injury with kettlebells/HIIT classes at the gym, which was exacerbated by poor posture sitting hunched over a laptop all day in an office job, plus back issues due to scoliosis. Doing tower pilates classes has really helped with my posture and back pain over the past year. Amy gives detailed instructions to ensure you’re doing the postures right and also varies the exercises in classes to keep things interesting. Thanks for a great year Amy! I’ve done a few classes with Chloe who recently joined the studio and she’s also detailed with her instructions to make sure you’re using your core properly - also a great instructor!read more

I have had the pleasure of attending private sessions with Amy for the past month and I have honestly never felt better. I have trained in BASI Pilates before... but the Classical method has changed my body completely. The breathing techniques she has taught me alongside tips on alignment and body awareness have helped me even further on my pilates journey. My husband and I took tower and reformer pilates classes at corepower pilates after being recommended by my sister. It’s in a convenient location, close to... North Sydney and within walking distance to the studio. I haven’t done much pilates before but after taking a few classes I started to notice changes and felt stronger in my core and upper body. I have dystrophy and Amy was able to help with my balance and strengthening my muscles. I also loved the stretching and felt taller after each pilates session.read more

I love the pilates classes here and so happy there’s one pilates studio in Milsons Point. I've never done tower or reformer pilates classes before but it' has... been good for my ongoing lower back pain. Taking one tower pilates class is like doing 6 months of mat pilates classes. I feel my core has gotten stronger and notice changes in my body. Also, the pilates instructor Amy is very attentive and I like the small classes so I get corrections during the exercise.read more
