We were nervous to begin with, but with the patient approach by Amy to get the body moving and stretching again with a great personality it is working. I have tried many other Pilates studios before I came to Corepower Pilates and my first session with Amy was a very different experience. As Amy has been a... health professional as well as Pilates instructor, she seemed to have an in-depth understanding of human anatomy so she could explain to me why my back was weak and we have been working on strengthening exercises which greatly improved my core stability and back pain issue.
The exercises are challenging too making me fit so I will be definitely continuing with Amy as it’s very difficult to find a good Pilates instructor like her!read more

This is an overdue post but I’ve been attending Amy’s tower Pilates classes for a year now (broadly on a weekly basis) and can highly recommend this as a great... studio with a small class environment and individualized attention. I originally started classes here due to an injury with kettlebells/HIIT classes at the gym, which was exacerbated by poor posture sitting hunched over a laptop all day in an office job, plus back issues due to scoliosis. Doing tower pilates classes has really helped with my posture and back pain over the past year. Amy gives detailed instructions to ensure you’re doing the postures right and also varies the exercises in classes to keep things interesting. Thanks for a great year Amy! I’ve done a few classes with Chloe who recently joined the studio and she’s also detailed with her instructions to make sure you’re using your core properly - also a great instructor!read more

North Sydney and within walking distance to the studio. I haven’t done much pilates before but after taking a few classes I started to notice changes and felt stronger in my core and upper body.
