Private & Duo Pilates Classes
Private & duo pilates classes are customised with exercise sequences to align with the client’s needs and goals. There are individualised corrections and adjustments for the right technique at all times. If you have injuries, it is best to start with private sessions as you may not be able to perform all the exercises in the group classes and may want to transition into the exercise program slowly.
Private pilates classes: work one-on-one with the pilates instructor on the many different apparatuses. During private pilates classes all eyes are on you and will get all attention from your instructor. These include the pilates reformer, tower, chair, spine corrector, neck corrector and half barrel.
Duo pilates classes: work out with a friend or partner! The session is customised and is a more individualised workout compared to a group class. Work on the reformer, tower, chair, spine corrector, neck corrector and half barrel.
